SIC7 Returns & Exchanges
At SIC7 we stand behind the quality of every jersey we produce.
If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Returns Window
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in the same condition you received it
• Include the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Items returned with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Worn apparel
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
• Items returned without proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming that the item has arrived.
We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment
• Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to reflect
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping
To return your item, please contact us first to receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
SIC7 cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
