SIC7 is an independent apparel brand currently operated as a sole proprietorship in South Africa.
All purchases made through this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

SIC7 produces performance mountain biking apparel designed for enduro and gravity riding.
We make every effort to display product images, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur depending on screen displays and manufacturing processes.

Products

All products are subject to availability.
Limited production runs may sell out without notice.

Prices

All prices displayed on the SIC7 website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
SIC7 is not currently VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on purchases.
Prices displayed are final and exclusive of shipping unless otherwise stated.
SIC7 reserves the right to update product prices at any time. 

orders

When placing an order, you agree that:
• all information provided is accurate
• you are authorised to use the selected payment method
• you understand the product and size selected

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
SIC7 reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
• payment cannot be verified
• fraudulent activity is suspected
• stock errors occur

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayFast, a South African payment gateway.

Accepted payment methods may include:
• Credit and debit cards
• Instant EFT
• Other PayFast supported methods

SIC7 does not store your payment information.

shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations.
Once an order has been dispatched, SIC7 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order is shipped. 

returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns Policy.

In summary:
• items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• items must be unused and in original condition
• proof of purchase is required

Defective or incorrectly supplied products will be replaced or refunded.
Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is faulty.
