Product Care

To maintain the performance and appearance of your SIC7 jersey we recommend the following care instructions:

• Machine wash cold (30°C or lower)
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron printed graphics
• Air dry for best results

Improper washing, excessive heat or the use of harsh detergents may damage fabrics,
prints or seams and may void warranty eligibility.

Warranty

SIC7 warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within this period, SIC7 will, at its discretion:

• repair the product
• replace the product
• or provide a refund

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear from riding
• Damage caused by crashes or impacts
• Damage caused by improper washing or care
• Abrasion from backpacks, equipment or trail obstacles
• Modifications or alterations to the garment

Mountain biking is a high-impact sport and garments may experience natural wear depending on riding conditions.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with the following information:
• order number or proof of purchase
• description of the issue
• photos showing the defect.
Our team will review the claim and respond with further instructions.
